Electronic Submissions


The Arizona State Fire Marshal is now accepting permit applications and plan submissions through our new web portal.  

You are now able to apply for permits, pay online with Visa or Master Card, submit plans in PDF, CAD and other formats, and stay updated about the status of your application.


  • You may pay the fees by credit card using the link on the page presented after the application.  Please note; you are still able to pay for the online application using traditional methods such as cash, check or money order over the counter or by mail.  Please make sure to reference your “W###” application number (receipt number) by either attaching a copy of your printed receipt or by bringing the number with you when you come into the office. 
  • You can check the status of your application or make a payment at any time using the online payments and status portal below.
